Just need a hand hold I think.
I’m in bits about how to move forward.
I think I’ve finally realised I can’t get over DH’s EA months ago but torn up because our eldest has been talking about if he should kill himself. He has a long history of anxiety and insomnia and still very young. I can’t not be there for him every day. I don’t know what to do.

Focus on your son at the moment. How old is he? Is he being treated for his issues? Flowers

I'm so sorry! This is heartbreaking news.
Call your DS' doctor ASAP. Get him sorted first.
Don't project forward in time at the moment: it's paralyzing you, and your DS is your priority.

He’s only 9. Yes, he’s just had sessions with CAHMS via Zoom so not ideal but nothing can be in person at the moment.
We only get offered 8 sessions though.
