I feel a bit lost. I'm so used to breakups being shouting matches but this one is different. We were together seven years and planned on a future together. Things got toxic with mild verbal abuse from both sides. We have just broke up and now we text, like we're just friends. I don't have the intense missing him feeling, I don't feel angry or like stalking his socials. I feel really calm. But I also feel lost because I am so used to a dramatic ending. Help?
