Neighbours are really annoying me

Please be kind. I’m loosing my mind with how annoying I’m finding the neighbours during lockdown. It’s the constant noise and I can’t get away from it. I just want things to go back to normal. I’m losing my mind.

I know how you feel. I'm sure there is light at the end of the tunnel.

What sort of noise is it? Sadly as we're all stuck home we realise how annoying neighbours can be. I'm fairly lucky but when the weather is nice I have neighbours on either side playing music in the garden and it drives me mad. Its not full blast but loud enough that I have to endure it all day. These are things I wouldn't notice if I was still going out to work.
Lockdown has most people stressing about stuff you wouldn't usually as we have so much time to think. Could you talk to them about it? Does it usually bother you?

I spent last night looking at houses for sale in the most remote of places with no neighbours. How can I have such little direct contact with people but be peopled-out at the same time?

Thank you all! I just am so annoyed with them I can’t believe I never realised how annoying they were before lockdown. They’re complete inconsiderate scum! Sorry for language.

I was happy the weather was turning but that has not stopped them one bit. They’ve had fallouts with at least one other neighbour that I’m aware of (well before lockdown). I was so busy before to stop and think all the little things they’ve done over the years it’s just dawning on me now. The funniest thing is they’re the most educated people in the street but they’re also the most inconsiderate people I have ever met.

I don’t want to go into details as I know what mumsnet is like sometimes (minority of people, not all users). I don’t want to justify me feelings, then get told it’s not that bad, I know they’re pissing me off and don’t want to justify why and how. I’m letting things slide cos of lockdown, I’m not going to talk to them about what’s bothering me but same time I’m going to stop being so considerate of them.

Just posting on here getting my feelings out is helping! God I really hate them. I’ve never felt this intense hatred of someone before. It’s actually worrying me. Hope the rest of you are dealing okay with it all

@NannyPear snap, I’m doing the same! It’s lovely to dream isn’t it if a more remote place
