Hi there I am thinking about separation from my high functioning alcoholic partner. We are not married and have shared assets and 2 kids. I need legal advice and this seems to be about £350 per hr?! Any recommendations for solicitors who can give me half an hour initially free. Then I will think about mediation. I am not sure if I can afford to separate so need legal advice re the finances.
