What type of questions should you ask a solicitor on your first visit?

What information they need from you on marital finances, what the process entails, how much certain stages will cost you/ cost per hour. That’s just as a start.

I had a good idea of total marital assets when I saw mine first - so I also wanted to know the range possible outcomes.

But in general - if you are sure you are filing - as the others said - their pricing - what the process will be like, what they need to start.
