Headaches during sex

My boyfriend gets headaches during sex sometimes they are bad, sometimes they arent. Not always during sex though, happens when he sorts himself out too.
But it doesn't happen everytime either.

It's only been happening since we've been meeting in the car as we don't live together. I'm thinking its because generally its rushed and we can't take our time with eachother.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone shed any light on it?

Christ if you're shagging in the car why wouldn't go to each other's houses or is there some kind of socially distanced shagging that I'm unaware of?

I sometimes get headaches afterwards and usually they are tension headaches from my neck and shoulders. Especially if the need is particularly urgent, you tense up more. Perhaps try getting a massage or chiropractic treatment to loosen up his neck and shoulders and then try again with him staying as relaxed as possible, you on top, no teasing, not trying to hold back at all and see if it still happens. If it doesn't then you know its muscular. If it does then he should probably see a GP and see if he can throw any light on the situation.

If you're in the UK, meeting like this is currently illegal BTW.

It sounds like he just can't relax in the car setting.

He needs to get his blood pressure checked, the anxiety of car sex may not be helping. Ask him honestly if he uses viagra as that can cause it to.

High blood pressure? could also be muscular because of tension. I would be tense in that situation.

Google thunderclap headache. I had one during sex recently. It was a particularly long session where I’d struggled to climax and was pushing hard. Then it went bang and I had to stop immediately. Never felt anything like it.

Headaches continued for a week or so intermittently but then nothing since. Quite scary and worth getting things checked as already advised.
