Anyone considering / going through a breakup

I am thinking of leave my dp which scares me. We have been having problems for a while now and it’s just not working. He still wants to keep trying but I’m not happy. I’m undecided about what to do. I don’t know whether being in lock down has given me time to think. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I ended things with my DP of 10 years yesterday... I feel numb today, but it was for the best. He didn't support me with anything in the house, left me to organise every holiday, birthday, etc, moans about his job but won't do anything to change it, resentful of my job because I'm doing well in it, sex life non-existent and I now have absolutely no desire to be intimate with him, so many other things but bottom line was I was not happy.
I got to thinking, do I really want to "waste" another 10 years living like this?

It was tough, so tough, but I'm hopeful for the future.

Plan is to stick it out- it’s a project job on our home, just going to have to grin and bare it. Ideally l should grow a pair ! However biding my time seems the better option atm...
