So I've had a very long road with my ex narcissist bf. I finally blocked him on Sunday so have been 6 days no contact now!

I have even just shoved his letters in a box and not read them which is a very first for me! So I guess that's progress!

Yesterday I was feeling so good and happy that I don't need him. Today I'm not feeling so great after dreaming about him.

Just wondered if anyone has any tips for when I get a down day and am tempted to check up on him Hmm

Look up dreaming about exs. Exs in dreams tend to represent past mistakes and you reminding yourself not to make the same mistakes again.

If you believe dream interpretations that is.

Youre being really strong and you should continue. Perhaps little rewards for not allowing him back in? A week without = a treat for you?

Itll get easier as the weeks go on. It always does.

Thankyou!

I do sometimes check on my dreams as it's crazy how much they relate.

My mum also sent me my tarot card reading and I couldn't believe how much it related. It was all about how strong I'm being and how an ex is trying to get my attention but I'm not letting him back in. Which was so true and scary.

I will try the reward thing. I know I'm happier without him. So I don't know why I can't stop thinking about him. It's annoying!
