Form E solicitors fees

Hi. I've asked in divorce but there's more traffic here.

Can I put my upcoming solicitors fees on my form E? Obviously even with fairly minimal work from her it is likely to come to several thousand pounds which I currently don't have and will probably have to borrow to pay for.
If I can put it down would it come under 4.1.2 Significant changes in assets or income likely to occur during the NEXT 12 months or 3.2.1 Capital needs for yourself?
Thanks. I am doing the Form E myself but will pay for a meeting with her after these are swapped so I know what ask for when starting mediation.
