So when can we see our partners who we don't live with

Desperate to see boyfriend of 3 years. We both live with our parents and it wasnt appropriate to move in together, not fair on parents.
He lives 25 minutes away but when driving there, police are turning people around for 'non-essential' journey.
Im starting to feel really trapped that I cant see him :( i just want a walk

@makeuptherules I quoted it because someone asked for the link! However, if you listened it came from the government late last night! I have not seen my fiance of 5 years, my 2 children haven't seen their dad, I haven't seen my parents etc for 7 weeks, so I have and will, continue to follow the rules set by government, however, IF the rules allow, then I will be meeting my fiance from a distance. I am not however "making up the rules"!!

Not sure what the technical rules are, but I know people who have done it.
