Morning all

Please can you recommend any books and other reading particularly focused on emotional abuse, gaslighting, manipulation etc?

Thanks I really appreciate it.

I recommend,

Women who love too much - Robin Norwood
Why does he do that? - Lundy Barcroft

Both brilliant reads and really open your eyes. I’ve recently been through the same thing so would love to know of any other books anyone would recommend! Flowers

Both of the above are great.

Also
Boundaries after a Pathological Relationship by Adelyn Birch
Start Here by Dana Morningstar
Both of the above also have other books that are good.

You Can Thrive After Narcissistic Abuse by Melanie Tonia Evans
The Intimacy Factor by Pia Mellody (her Facing Love Addiction book is also good)
The Betrayal Bond by Patrick Carnes
