So ex's bail is up and I'm feeling all nervous and trapped again.

I have a new dp who is temporary living with me. We started dating at the end of last year. I'm pregnant, it was not plan obviously but dp is very practical and says for my safety and to see if we can be together or just coparent this was a good opportunity. It's actually worked out very well.

Issues is because my dp is living with me I'm not sure if I should stop us going for our daily walk and if I should do the weekly shop instead of him?

Dp knows about the situation ( not all the ins and outs or how bad ex was, didn't feel that I should tell him) I am general coping and processing it all but I fear ex turning up and embarrassing me or watching me!

I know we are in lockdown but my ex works in the service and that didn't stop him for years.

Is your ex knowing you're seeing someone new likely to set him off? If he's likely to attack your boyfriend, you should tell him.

It doesn't sound a great idea to me for you to start shopping and walking alone, tho. Not at all. Are you in contact with anyone from Victim Support or anything? Could you speak to someone about getting an injunction against him approaching you?

My ex could, he would Definitely go mad! Think screaming, crying and lots of shouting.

I've asked the police, just waiting for them to get back to me, and with everything that is going on I was thinking it will probably take a Will to get a non mol.

I do have people to speak to but it's just a case of waiting and the unknowing

I'd send DP to the shops- your ex is unlikely to know who he is and even if he does, he's unlikely to scream, cry and shout at your DP on his own. If he attacks him, better that he attacks your DP than attacks you. I'd make sure DP knows what ex looks like, make sure there are no pics of you and DP online for ex to see and have DP carry a small bottle of body spray in his pocket (go for the eyes)

That's good advice, issues is where I live there are fields in the front and back of my home and that he where he hides and watches.

I have him blocked on all as my accounts are all private but good idea about change profile pictures. We don't actually have any up together.

I'm probably panicking over nothing, it's just upset me because I finally started to enjoy my home and space. Started going for walks without checking every second.

When this is all over, I think you need to move house.

Why was he on bail?
