lol yorkiegirl.

thanks nik. i know this is a very bad suggestion, but what about buying something from a catalogue? thats what I do when I cant afford to pay straight away, but only buy one or two things otherwise you'll end up paying it off forever

Jigsaws are always good - and you can get down and do it with her. Also paints and crayons - I always found creative things were the best and they're something that they go back to constantly. To do I would suggest swimming except a few mums have said you can't take under 5's? (how odd!) Have you got any parks nearby with animals to see - you don't have to spend money to have a great time. My dgs loves going on the Metrolink to nowhere in particular - just enjoys the ride! Hope you're feeling better soon.

shes MTS now nik i think, sorry you're still feeling down xxx

MTS · 07/10/2004 17:52

yep, MTS formerly know as MummytoSteven - there was a nasty troll a few weeks ago called Stevensmummy so I had a bit of a kneejerk reaction in case people confused us so abbreviated myself to MTS. I did put a thread on announcing the name change, but it must have slipped thru the net!

So I have posted on your thread - now I just need to remember where you can get a forces penfriend - I know I have seen an address somewhere!!!

MTS · 07/10/2004 17:53

OP posts:
nikcola · 09/10/2004 11:44

have u changed ur name again

OP posts:
MummyToSteven · 09/10/2004 11:46

2000 words isn't as bad as it sounds, honest - that's about 8 pages handwritten - but i guess these days it'll have to be typed (god it's so many years since I've done an essay, you're really taking me back to my student days here!)

MummyToSteven · 09/10/2004 11:46

yeah, sorry for confusing you yet again!!!! i liked the old one better and everyone will have forgotten the troll by now (touch wood)

nikcola · 09/10/2004 11:48

i like that name too,
yeh it has to be typed,, but it has rt o be double line spacing so it will look like more than 200 im going to start it friday on my next sociology lesson
