Creative ways to date during coronavirus?

I've been on 3 dates with a guy I REALLY like. We had a date planned for today (obviously cancelled it a while ago but he'd been away and got back yesterday). It's SO early on and I would like to continue seeing him, however am aware it might be a while.... Weirdly I can almost see his house from where I live. It's very odd. How can we not get bored of texting? I really don't want it to fizzle out but am aware it may be a long time before we see each other again... I'm really not keen on facetiming as my son is home with me 24/7 and I am working when he's asleep (plus it just makes me feel uncomfortable with someone new). Are we doomed?! Very aware that this is a minor inconvenience compared to what some people are facing right now...

Play online games together?

Facetime or similar?

Make a date to do the same thing at the same time and chat about it?
Various messaging types? Planning a date in detail? At this stage an element of if it is meant to be, it will and if not you start again after covid.
I have been with my partner almost a year. He has health conditions making him very vulnerable. I am a keyworker. Went and did his shopping today for him. First time I had seen him in the flesh for a fortnight (at distance - dropped bags off and stood away from the door). Hard to reconcile that this because it may be a very long time and we are both struggling with it. You will manage as long as you both want it to...

I heard someone as a date. Ordered eachother takeaway to be sent to their house (obviously) and facetime while they ate their take away. This was a first date so to see how compatible. Sounded quite good.

Like facetime with games so you do not have to think what to say all the time.
