Coronavirus

My daughter has been off school since Thursday with a cough, we should be self isolating? My husband a plumber family business is going to work for non emergency, we have £50k, I have COPD, he won't self isolate till the government for ce us, we live where Coronavirus is not hers yet, 19.03.2020. Am I right to not let him back in the house?

It would be shrewd to ask him to live somewhere else for a while if he refuses to adjust his working. Does he go house to house or in commercial places? Can he maintain a 6ft distance from others
