Exclusion order Scotland

Husband is an intimidating emotional bully and very controlling. It affects everyone especially eldest daughter still living at home. He has another woman though he doesn't know we are aware. Solicitor suggested trying for exclusion order. We are in Scotland. Anyone gone down this route? We are scared of him.

When you say he does not know where you are do you mean you've left for good?

Solicitors would know best I'm sure. Assuming an exclusion order is like a restraining order?

Could you change your surnames instead maybe? And just move somewhere further off. I guess the exclusion order would be best though...if itll work. Sometimes these things just incense bullies.

Hi no he doesn't know we know about the girlfriend. The exclusion order means he's barred from the home by a court.
