For those that have being messed around, how do you improve your self esteem/self wort? I feel fine when not in his presence then when I am in his presence just agree to anything and don’t think of the repercussions (we have kids so can’t not been in his presence)

Any activities I can do, that’ll help me?

Why are you trying so hard to please him?

Why agree to things he wants without thinking it through...he seems to have a lot of control if I'm reading this right.

What happens if you dont agree and instead, say what YOU want? What happens then?

Are you still with him or are divorced and co-parenting?

@mamato3lads this is why I’ve made the post, cause I don’t know why I do those things. I wouldn’t let a friend treat me this why, so why do I let him ?
