Reporting to the police- group support thread

I am an established poster but name changed to stay anon.

Thought it might be good to have a thread where I can vent/get support with the process of dealing with the police.

I'm reporting multiple sexual assaults etc of various kinds- it was exploitation and coercion.

Sometimes I'm a bit stressed, as I've reported stuff about other people in the past (my health means men sometimes have a field day!) and so I know the police can be crap.

It helps to vent to close friends who can talk me down. I thought it'd help to have a thread where I can vent and get support from other women who are/have been in the same position. I can also do my best to support them.

Obviously, seek all the support you can. It's up to you whether you choose to post in the thread. Do not post anything that might identify you etc. I advise name changing to be a bit more anon.

Hope to see some of you here xxx
