How do I leave?

I've nc for this.

I've been with my partner for 7years now, we have a 5 year old dd, we've broken up. My name isn't on the lease and I have a car in negative equity in my mums name. I don't have a job. I don't know what to do.

You apply for benefits. You move out (possibly in with family for the time being)? And you start over.
It's not easy but you have to get moving with stuff.
