A is a Night owl. B is a sleep at 9. They have a rare child free saturday. Have Nice dinner, some Wine, Nice movie on TV . A Fall asleep around 8. Goes to bed around 10. Was dissapointed, had hoped for "adult time".
B was also disappointed. Had hoped for more "saturday Night " and could not be bothered going to bed for a Quick shag and then a Fall asleep.
A i now sleeping, with a slight dissapointment, b still watching Netflix , enjoying time with not being wanted/needed.
WHO is being unfair? (Had sex last week) Grin

In this scenario I would be A. Why does sex have to be done at bedtime? DH and I had a great time just before lunch today. I’d be disappointed.

As for ‘unfair’ I don’t think it applies because this situation whilst disappointing, is not about fairness. Perhaps a and b are just unsuited.

Because we have several teenagers in the House, which is small.. always late, always rushed. Honestly not much in it for me.. and he always sleep after. Early.. i just could not be bothered. He sleeping at 8 is so unsexy. And falling asleep Right after is also unsexy. So i just could not be bothered and i am totally enjoying myself with Netflix Wine and choccolate.

So do we 🤷‍♀️ Plus I suspect teenagers would be up just as late as you guys anyway.

But if you are enjoying your evening carry on - it doesn’t matter either way. But your husband feels disappointed and you can’t just write off those feelings and say ‘well it’s your fault’. You either both make an effort or you don’t.

I know.. i am happy with once a week he is happy with once a Day.. but with all theese kids in the House, awake, it Will be fast and i dont enjoy that much.. and with him always being tired after dinner.. Well.. not too inspiriring..

Nothing worse than forced sex on exact times kids are gone. It feels rushed and forced to me.

Could you both not compromise. I.e. Both go to bed early and watch NetFlix in bed and just have sex if it feels right and you are both in the right mood for it?

He is always in the Right mood so he is always ready. And it put pressure on me. And when all the kids are in House it is always fast and quiet - and then he sleep.
