Hoping you can help, I have been married 22 years to the love of my life. Recently he has been struggling with depression. He has had counselling and is currently on meds. He really feels I don't love him and doesn't feel needed in our relationship. Me telling him doesn't seem touch the surface so I just want some fun /silly /romantic ideas for me to do to show him how much he means to me. X

Write him notes and or letters.
Empower him to feel like a whole man again so see if he will engaged in DIY or whatever interested him before his illness.
Ask him what you can do to help him.
Cook him his favourite meal.
