Dealing with a platonic rejection

We both confided in each other and I would like to chat again but I haven't heard back from them so realistically I think they are not interested in being pals.

I know I need to focus on other friendships instead but anyone got any other tips to help me move on?

I worry that I'm too intense. The popular girls all seem so relaxed, even though I know they sometimes put a lot of effort in for the right people.

Can you give a bit of a back story please?Where did you meet this friend? How long have you known each other? Is it a real life friendship or virtual?

If a friend cools off a little I just let them get on with it and leave them to it

What someone thinks of me is none of my business
