How to help DM?

Name changed in case this is outing.

DM has just found messages on her husband's phone to other women, sexting and arranging to meet. They haven't been getting along recently but she is blindsided and very upset by it. She's 50 for context and they have been married for 13 years.

She will leave him, I know that, she has been cheated on in the past by my father and I know she won't tolerate it again. She has no children or anything with her husband, I'm her only child.

I'm a single parent and live in a small rented flat. I really want to offer her a place to stay in my home until she gets on her feet but I really don't have much space, and I receive working tax credits and a small amount of housing benefit. I don't know if I would lose these if she came to stay. Also I don't know what my landlord would say. We have other family members that would let her stay at their house but as her only child I feel responsible.

I'm not sure what I'm asking really, I'm awful with situations like this and I'm not sure what I can do to help. Anyone have any words of wisdom?
