@Tiredwiff I listen to the most awful songs ever and cry and cry. For like a day. Then I put on happy songs for the next month.

Time really does heal but its a bloody grim journey. I'm 6 months on from my marriage ending and the fog is starting to lift so hang in there and where possible do things that being contentment. If I'm busy then it certainly takes my mind off things

Take one day at a time. Cry when you need to but also try and do something at least once a day which makes you smile. Keep talking and spend some time with friends and family. I definitely found keeping busy helped. Maybe try and plan something you like doing for a few weeks time. Sending virtual hugs

& some days, I'm like Ahhhhhhhhh!
