How to get through Xmas when about to split ? Aghhh

I posted a while back and am finally splitting with EA ex
Parenting agreement signed and couriers booked and leaves after Xmas day
He and kids begged for ‘one last Xmas together ‘
Now he realises he is leaving he is clearly in a world of pain and has upped the ante

He does get acess but only holidays as will be in another country . I am
Not displeased with the arrangement we have .

Not shouting , as he know I will call police

But a barrage of vile vile comments

Threatening family courts (as if )
Blackmailing me that he will tell someone a thing that I know will devastate them
Threatening he will grass me as I knew about a criminal thing he did
Wishing me years of pain
Telling me told school parents and they all hate me (like I care)

When he speaks this stuff my stomachs melts . It makes me feel so awful
It’s a week left .

How can I stop him ? Do I just go grey rock and Ignore ?

You can't stop him. This is all part of his abuse. It's vile but it's also standard and unoriginal. Don't engage, keep reminding yourself he's just trying to get control back.

Try and get through it. When I left my ex and he realised it was for good he did exactly the same. We lived in his house and he would try force me out of the house with nothing knowing my house wasn’t ready to be moved into yet, trashing my things, taking house keys off me so I couldn’t get in back into the house. Just had to get through it and another day done was another day closer to my fresh start and another day I didn’t have to be around him.
