Hello, My partner arranged for the father of her kids to stay with him overnight, he has not met me before and when he came to pick them up. He immediately wanted my information for a background check like before saying hi.. as I’m around his kids. I did not give him my details and has told his mother he would not be returning the children, my partner is calling 101 but can’t get through and we’re not sure what we can do as he has a record of violence towards her. I have no issue with having a background check done through my partner but no way in hell was I going to hand over my ID.. what can we do?
