Me and my exp decided to end our relationship a couple of weeks ago. However since then we aren’t ruling out maybe giving it another go.
My issue is regarding my council property.
I rent through the council and my exp was a joint tenant with me. In fact he was the main tenant and he signed it over to me. He’s now obviously been taken off the tenancy. But, will the council let him move back in?
I can’t believe we’re even in this position now. What a mess. I’m worried the council will say no he’s not allowed to move back.
