Are they even a thing cos I’m really struggling at the moment. I just can’t stop crying! Shitty situation at home, with the guy I’m seeing and a job I resent! How am I going to get through the festive period with a face like a slapped arse Hmm

Can you book yourself a week in the sun somewhere for the first or second week of January? Something to look forward too and focus on.

I’ve literally just come back from two weeks somewhere tropical! I feel like this might be where my issues started. Things have changed with the guy I was seeing, I’ve realised I dislike my job and I’ve returned home to an awful living situation. These are things I can resolve, in time but right now, I can’t shift this awful feeling x

Mine usually lasts from Nov to Feb! Hate it.

Just deal with one thing at a time.

Well book up something that you want to do next year then whatevers your bag. Another holiday is no bad thing if you can afford it.
If not gig tickets, dinner at a restaurant you've been dying to try, spa weekend, theatre show, a random wine tasting or other day long course.
