So... lovely DH has the man flu. Why is it that as soon as a man is ill he’ll just go to bed and leave you to do everything. I’ve been cooking dinner, washing up, helping eldest with his homework, sorting packed lunches and trying to feed and keep a 12 week old amused.
I’m not for a second not saying he is genuinely ill as I know he is but I was thinking.. who would do everything if I fell ill? Would he leave work to go and do the school run? Make dinner? Sort the baby? Probably not.
I am aware that this is a sweeping generalisation and I understand that not all men are like this but I just needed to get it off my chest!!
Currently stuck watching spongebob square pants with a snoozing baby on me.
