Try again? Really?!

So my ex husband would like to try again. However this means that I must never ever mention any of his infidelity or lies again. It appears I used to talk about it too much and he didn't like that. That's why he did it again. Because I expected it to happen so it did. I mean it's only been a few months since the last one he slept with and a few weeks since the one he was out drinking with 'as friends'. I'll forget the 5 months on a swinging site. How can I resist? Add in another 2K loan last month on top of the other 5k he has borrowed which had 'no impact' on our marriage or finances. Seriously though how can he even think this would be acceptable? He must be delusional!!!

Yes and tell him that. Move onwards and upwards

amethyst69 · 24/11/2019 22:22

Told clearly Jane1978! I just don't get how that could even be a consideration. I wonder who I married!

My ex husband has turned out to be someone I no longer know for different reasons. Concentrate on yourself, kids, family and friends.

SandyY2K · 24/11/2019 22:37

I'd have to say..."unfortunately, I have to decline your irresistable offer"

He really is delusional.

amethyst69 · 24/11/2019 22:40

I might just pinch that line 😁😁

Tell him you'd rather shit in your hands and clap.

TowelNumber42 · 24/11/2019 22:44

Well according to your OP you fell for it at least once before, why not try it on again in his mind?

madcatladyforever · 24/11/2019 22:47

My eyebrows have just disappeared into my hairline.

He needs a serious kick up the arse.

CryptoFascist · 24/11/2019 22:49

He really is priceless! And worthless. You, however, sound like the scales have fallen from your eyes and I love that.

Pukeworthy · 24/11/2019 22:55

Towel42 nailed it! We fell for it before, why not again? Mine is confused as to why his usual tactics arent working too!

BumbleBeee69 · 24/11/2019 22:58

Christ he's disgusting OP, well done for getting shot. Flowers

amethyst69 · 25/11/2019 05:35

Just read these with my cuppa and smiled. Yes I gave him one shot to put right the first wrong. As he continues to blame me for all of it I'm not giving him a second!
