I need to live away from him. He is financially and emotionally abusive.
I have started divorce proceedings but he is now seeing someone, but living under the same roof.

Could you move out instead? I lived with my exh for 14 months after we separated and it was awful. The only good thing was we had a big enough house to have separate bedrooms
