Commitment Issues?

Hello ladies. Just after your thoughts. I've been with my partner for nearly 2 years now, he doesn't live close, and we have to fit in seeing each other when we can. We both have children from previous relationships.
My issue is whenever I talk about living together, he freezes up and gets humpy. He's in his late 40's never married and lives with his parents. Mummy does alot for him, which probably hadn't helped matters. I just think I'm wasting my time, which may look obvious to outsiders.
Guess we can't help who we fall for...

I would guess that if he’s still living with mummy at that age - he will always do so !
