Hey, so recently got engaged and starting to plan the wedding and just wondering when do you ask people to be your bridesmaids ?

If you know for sure who it is definitely going to be, then why wait. If you are trying to work out costings first, before deciding if you are having 1 or 7, then you might want to wait until you've done the sums.
