Snooping for proof

My not-so-‘D’H has been gaslighting me that I am crazy to imagine he’s cheating...Rightly or wrongly I’ve been snooping so that I can put myself out of the misery of not knowing. Think I’ve found the OW - please don’t judge me but does anyone know if you can find someone’s name from their phone number and WhatsApp profile picture alone?

Haven't read the full thread so not sure if this suggestion has been made but

Some sites such as Facebook connect you with contacts so if you add her number into your phone you might be able to search for her as a suggested friend if her account is linked to that phone number
