Dad to be gift

I want to get my other half a gift to say thank you for being amazing to me during my pregnancy. The pregnancy was unplanned but he has taken everything in his stride and works so hard to provide for us and to make me happy. I'm 35 weeks so can't be travelling miles but just wanted something sentimental to show he is appreciated. Look forward to hearing your ideas :)

Aww that’s really sweet!

How about a voucher for a massage for a couple of months after the due date? You’ll both be knackered by that point and if I were in his shoes I know I’d really appreciate the time and ‘permission’ to go and have a couple of hours to myself relaxing!

First baby? I’d wait until you’re 12 months into parenting, back at work and then see how great he is. It’s very easy for men to be “great” when their partner is pregnant. That’s by far the easy part. Especially for him.

Wow some people give helpful responses don't they Hmm

What about a little photo album with pictures of you both in? A little keepsake showing your relationship so far before the baby.

Thank you so much ladies. A massage and a photo album are lovely ideas 😃 much appreciated. Going to ignore the less helpful comment, always one that wants to shit on someone else's parade hey! Xx

Quite cheesy but DD here was 15 years in waiting. I got him a daddy established 2018 t shirt and a daddy engraved tankard. He was chuffed. The title said it all.

There are some quite nice ideas on Etsy for photo frames with a scan picture in - search baby scan frame.

I got my DH a 'Fathor' tshirt (google!) - which is now one of his favourites.

Or... if he's into coffee, a coffee maker to help prepare for the upcoming sleep deprivation!!

Depending on him/type of job/shirts some cufflinks. Maybe engrave dob

Otherwise photo frame, day out type experience,
