DD2 is now 7mth old and we have hardly had any time together, he is off work next week and am sure my iL's would baby sit if I asked them, but we have very little money and the weather seems determined to ruin any outdoor plans and I can't seem to get my imagination into gear to organise something that won't cost.

DH has been wonderful and I really want to do something for him. (Have already arranged a few guys nights out for him with his friends so really want to do something for the 2 of us!)

Any ideas, gratefully received

what about a romantic picnic in the bedroom during the afternoon, with a bottle of bubbly, nibbly things to feed each other or a tub of ice cream.

Or cook him a romantic meal

the one thing most men love (apart from the obvious) is a good foot rub or back massage
make him a "gift voucher" for him to redeem ...

i once served DH brekkie in bed (full on fry up) dressed in playboy bunny outfit. he wasnt DH at the time, but did propose a week later! great if you can get il's to keep little ones overnight?

lol - at me in a play bunny outfit... though there is a Ann Summers in town

doubt I will get enough time to take him somewhere as I am still bf'ing, but will see how long the il's would have the kids
