Anyone have any advice or experience of occupancy order being filed against them by ex-husband? Long story short ex-husband has various court orders out - including which school, children should attend and which area have to live in. Now the ex-marital home sale has fell through and wife is being taken to court in 3 days to be removed from property so ex-husband can move back in. Self representing in court due to huge legal bill incurred already. Help please.
