I'm looking for some advice please. My ex took me to court because I had to move 3 hours away from him, he tried to get the court to stop me from moving and got cafcas involved who had to investigate me as apparently I was causing stress on the girls. We got a court order in place but he doesn't stick to it at all and hes always breaking my girls hearts. I've had enough. Does anyone know how I can get the court order changed

I am sorry that you are feeling stressed and hopefully you will be able to resolve this situation with proper advice.

It would be helpful if you could perhaps clarify what has happened and the sequence of events that has gotten you to this place. There are also different aspects to the situation which require different types of advice. If you are looking for some generic legal advices then it is better to ask on the Legal Matters board. Again be a little clearer on the sequence of events and what you want to achieve. What court ordered arrangements are actually in place?, did you breach them when you moved?, did he breach them before you moved?, are you in the midst of proceedings at the moment as a consequence of the breaches?

In terms of emotional support and assurance, this board will give you that. Be mindful that the opinions of the pp might validating but won’t necessarily be echoed in law.

What do you want changing in the court order? I assume you would need to take him to court to have any changes made but the court would have to have clear evidence of the reasons for the change.
