My 9th anniversary is coming up and each year I go with the "theme" for each milestone - so last year for 8 years (copper) I got him a copper pen which was also a tool. It was cheap but he loved it as it was practical and unusual. The price doesn't matter. Some years I splash out, others I buy a pen
This year its pottery and willow, and I just can't find anything that's not naff. The closest I've come is a pottery class, but DP works shifts and I don't want to risk booking a class when he's working - plus I'm not sure we need any more bloody mugs or crockery, the kitchen is overflowing as it is!
Any ideas would be much appreciated! except for buying a tree as we really don't have the space for a willow in the garden!
