Divorce settlement - charge on property

Has anyone recently been divorced and had a charge placed on their property by their ex that must be paid back at some time in the future?

I have a charge on my ex family home as my exH kept it. I get the money beforehand if he remarries or has a baby.

I need some advice. I had a charge placed on my property when I divorced my ex. Thing is my ex has passed away. What happens to the charge now.
