I need to be less sensitive

My husband and I don't have sex much at all, this is my fault as ive put weight on and am really self conscious. even before this I have never had a high sex drive but we would have sex at least weekly, but now we can go months.

DH says he understands and makes all the right noises but he does sometimes make little comments.

For example this morning he made his second coffee and then I went to make my second one a few mins later. he said he would have made me one if he knew id want one. I said 'oh no its ok, I usually say no to a second cup so early anyway'

And he replied 'well you've got a habit of saying no'

I realise this is just a throwaway comment or him trying to be funny but ive such low self esteem that I really hate things like this.

How can I grow a bit of a thicker skin to not let little things get to me so easily?
