How to make the next move

I have a guy who I'm really interested in....he works in the office next to mine so occasionally see him to say hi, etc in passing. I saw him out in the pub a couple of months ago and had a drink with him, he was lovely and a bit flirty. He then added me as a friend on FB and messaged me about a week later,

His messages were just friendly and not flirty tbh we now haven't messaged in a couple of weeks as I didn't reply to last message. I think I'm being shy and want to let him know that I'm interested/see if he feels the same but I just have no idea how?? Any advice...x

I think that he’s probably interpreted your failure to reply as lack of interest. If you’re keen, you need to do something, don’t wait any longer.

Ask him back to that pub for a drink. You’ve nothing to lose.
