following the question i had put up advice?

Ex broke up with me because his excuse is that i wont change and i choose to be a mother first, which doesnt make any sense to me because what i am mother first.
Should i ghost him or let him be the father he so-cally say he wants to be? But i just dont trust him.

Any mother should be a mother first. And
any good father is a father first. Anyone reasonable understands that.

Is he the child's dad?

Let him be a father. You can't deny him of that unless there's major child protection concerns.
