What is normal when you fall in love ?

I'm in a new relationship (4 months). I really like this guy and we spend 3/4 days together a week.

I don't know if I love him but I'm also not sure what loves feels like, it's been a very long time !

What is love and when is it okay to tell the other person in a new relationship?
