Help For Dealing With Narcissism

I was unsure where to post this, but after a bit of deliberation I decided the Relationships board would be a good fit!

A few days ago, I discovered a channel on YouTube called Surviving Narcissism. I've watched about 7 videos so far and I think they could help anyone who is dealing with a narcissist in their life. The therapists are very relatable, and the videos are extremely enlightening and supportive.

They cover topics like warning signs, how to argue with a narcissist, the lies they tell, mind games they play, etc. I've learned a lot and I think everyone could really benefit from the information.

Below is a link to their Google page...

Thank you for this, both my parents are narc and although I've had lots of therapy I'm only now realising that my childhood was far from normal. I will take a look

@hairychinsrus

You're very welcome. I've been having a lot of struggles with my mother lately (who has gotten far worse over the past several years), and I've learned many good coping techniques from these videos.

@hairychinsrus

The video "The "I REFUSE" Response Toward a Narcissist" is excellent.

I'm finding this really useful and I hope with a bump it might find other people.
Now I know a lot more about narc and also the fact that NONE of it is my fault I am able to start playing narc bingo which really helps remove the emotion.
What I do is instead of getting emotional or upset when my parents say or do stuff I now think "oh being a victim, tick" "criticising people, tick" it's really helpful and now much easier to cope with
