Why do you ask ?

boring485 · 18/08/2019 15:13

Bullying, belittling, putting you down, gaslighting situations, making/ convincing you you're the problem.
Which will wear self esteem, self worth and generally down.

I’m unsure in my relationship. For example if I ask him for advice take it on board but chose to go with my own instincts he says I don’t listen to him. He stonewalls me too for days, leaves for days after an argument we have 3 children and I don’t know where he is and he says he does it to avoid arguments

How does it make you feel to think that he is emotionally abusive to you?
