Do all women check out other women?

So I have anxiety and OCD and it used to be health related but now its sexuality related. My partner said sometimes we are sexually incompatible and that set off my anxiety and OCD and I started to worry that I was suddenly a lesbian (I know it sounds OTT).

I know I am sexually and romantically attracted to men but I do know that I often look at women a lot more in public than men and analyse their body. Part of me thinks this is because I'm jealous and I want that body because I've had issues with weight loss etc. but my OCD is telling me that its because I suddenly fancy women. I don't look at a woman thinking I fancy you but I do pay more attention to women's bodies than mens.

So is it normal for women to 'check out' other women or pay attention to women more than men?

I definitely check out women, and I love men!! It's usually when I admire their body

OCD just whispers crazy stuff. I had it as a teen and I it revolved around fear of getting pregnant, I went through a phase where i couldn't even pee in the toilet I shared with male family incase the splashback got me pregnant. You know its crazy but you cant argue with the ocd. Tf we had another loo xD

You aren't gay, it's just the ocd monster. If it helps, I totally got over mine even though it was baaaad.

Your partner saying you are sexually incomparable though...that needs some discussion.

Yup! I'm straight but totally appreciate the physical features of a woman. I was recently walking behind a woman who had the most amazing bum!
