My journey through hell and back has been well documented on here following an extremely acrimonious divorce from a narc x made all the worse by dodgy legal representation and battling systems that are meant to help me.
Results day today - both kids have got into first choices. I am immensely proud of them both - ds has exceeded expectations got 2 A* and a b - fantastic achievement from him who only 2 years ago was feeling suicidal at the prospect of having to leave his school. The decision to pay his fees with no help from the x even though he could afford to despite what he claimed was the right one!
X still had to take the credit though - taking Ds into school - but I could not be bothered to rise to it.
Dd has got her choice and is just waiting to hear on a job offer ( hopefully) that will do her proud too. Bloody amazing kids!
I am immensely proud and relieved.
