Do doubts mean divorce?

Hi,

My wonderful friend is getting married in November. Her fiance is lovely and they seem well matched. However she confided in me that she feels overwhelmed and has a few doubts.

Is this normal before your wedding? Or did the doubts actually mean the marriage was doomed?

I think she's a bit stressed by the planning but she did also say she wishes she could cancel the whole thing (I think because of the wedding day not her finance)

I just don't know what to say to her?! I am worried but understand that doubts might be normal?

Tell your friend 'If in doubt do nowt'. She shouldn't marry unless she has no doubts.

I didn't have any doubts leading up to my wedding. I did suffer stress but that was due to the behaviour of my mum but I never doubted, for one minute, that I wanted to marry my DH.
