Recently talking to a friend and i mentioned this to her, i feel a bit guilty that i haven't really told dh about it just said i was very stressed at that particular time.
It was when i was with a previous boyfriend so i suppose i feel a bit scared telling dh in case he thinks less of me.
my dh is caring & understanding so i shouldn't really feel scared.
Any advice please.

Well you didn't tell him before and now you feel guilty because you've told someone else.

Don't feel you need to tell him now. Depends on two things - do you feel this is very much in the past - is it relevant to your life now?

Do you and dh have a good relationship - reason I ask is that I told my dh lots of things about my past which are now being thrown back at me now our marriage is on it's last legs.

I'm a believer in telling stuff on a need to know basis.

However, you might feel it would bring the two of you closer.

Your husband will understand - if you let him know. Remember he loves you and the past is what makes you the person you are today..............
